Establish Max Clean and Jerk
Run for Meters (200m route, if ending int he middle of the route, give credit for last 50m mark passed)
Establish 3 rep max overhead squat out of rack
Rope Climbs (8 t2b or 16 knee raises = 1 rope climb)
