Split Jerk footwork
-sequence is back to front
-drive front foot forward with back foot
-bend back knee and make sure front foot is at 90 degrees or beyond

Strength
Clean and Jerk  - work up to a heavy but perfect single

Score = total reps.  5 double unders = 1 rep.  10 single unders = 1 rep.
