Chasing the best dream
We all have dreams in our hearts.  Whether we call these goals, or passions, or milestones, we all have things deep inside that we want to do, things we feel like we were created to do.  And while "just do it" is really trendy right now (thanks Nike and Shia Labeouf https://youtu.be/os6U77Hhm_s) we often find ourselves wondering which step to take.   I have 3 questions (one Wednesday, one Thursday, and one Friday) for you to ask yourself in order to help you take that one step forward in chasing down your dream.

Question # 2 What is it I really want?  
I personally think this is the most important question you can ask yourself when chasing your dream.  
"I want six pack abs."  Do you?  Or do you think six pack abs are going to get you the girl, and you really want the girl?  

"I wan't to lose 20 lbs."  Do you?  Or do you want your mom to stop bugging you about being chubby?  

"Okay, I want my mom to stop bugging me."  Do you?  Or do you want to become a person with such high self esteem that they aren't negatively affected by what others say?

You have to ask yourself why you want something so you can get to the bottom of what it is you really want.  When you establish what it is you truly want, you show true self awareness and are sure to take a step forward.
