I believe "Post Workout Nutrition" is important.  Why?  Because when you workout your insulin spikes.  Insulin is the stuff that brings building blocks to the muscle to replenish and repair.  (It is also the stuff that stores fat when you sit on the couch and eat Ben and Jerry's).   So when you finish a workout with elevated insulin levels, it makes sense to deliver a well rounded dose of protein, carbohydrate, and healthy fat so that insulin can deliver the nutrients to replenish and restore the muscle which was just broken down and depleted.  Much more research is need on this topic, but the logic is there and the experiential evidence is there as well.  Getting a well rounded source of macro-nutrients (Protein, carb, fat) Immediately after a workout is a good idea.
