Cool Down
Pick a body part, pick a stretch, 5 minutes each side
***Purpose of the cool down is to show you what 10 minutes of stretching feels like.  Everyone says they work on their mobility, very few put in the time.  10 minutes feels like forever.  But if your mobility is holding you back, that 10 minutes is extremely valuable.
