What is your Helen time?  If you have done it, you should know.  If you haven't, you should record it where you record all of your other data.  This workout is a classic test of your cardiovascular fitness.  If you don't have your pull ups, or you are still working on them, this workout is a reminder how crucial acquiring a simple skill (simple, not easy) is to advancing your overall fitness.
