From the Coach...
Yesterday was awesome.  People doing things they couldn't before or thought they never would... will NEVER get old.  The energy and intensity that everyone brought to the gym was something I haven't been apart of in a long time.  So many new PR's.  What a great way to end week 1.  Lets continue to stay safe and continue to have fun these 5 weeks.
