Sleep is your best recovery tool.  The research says approx. 10:00pm - 6:00am is ideal.  Many competative CrossFit athletes (it's their job) get 9-11 hrs of sleep per night.    Don't give your all in the gym only to lose your progress due to lack of sleep.  Time for me to take my own advice ... It's 11:50pm 😁
