A "Mo Burpee" is a DB Burpee which finishes with a  bicep curl and press overhead.  .

You probably think like a winner if you thought ...
"Great, a chance to get my first muscle up."  
"This sure will be  motivation to get my muscle up for next year."  
"Alright the scaled wod isn't a ton of fun, but having the chance to be at the top of the box leaderboard even without a muscle up and helping my team rank higher is fun!'

You probably had a lapse in the winning mentality if you thought...
"Whyyyyyyyyyyyyy is it sooooooooo hard?????"
"Muscle ups, the first movement? Whaaaaaaaaaat?"

Remember, CrossFit is a program designed to help you pursue elite fitness.  The "muscle up" is a movement gymnasts use to start their routine.  It is so basic that it isn't even scored in the sport.  Now, this doesn't mean its easy, that its not an achievement to do one, or that it shouldn't be celebrated with streamers and skanking.  It just means that we may need to adjust our expectations of what we are capable of and aim higher.
