***If you achieved below 4-4-4-4-3 or had help for your spotter, subtract 5 lbs)

Do Not Be Afraid.  What does that guy look like?  The one who is not afraid...?

  • I can't....yet.  But give me time, I will.  
  • It's hard, but not too hard.  If it were too hard, I'd be dead.
  • I have been given everything I need to succeed.   
  • Maybe I will, maybe I won't.  But I dare you to stop me from trying.
