Competition Events

Event 1: Jungle Hash
The event kicks off with a jungle hash trail, where athletes will complete an undisclosed course as quickly as possible. This event will be scored based on time taken; both scaled and teams will go through the hash. RX athletes will NOT be participating in the hash.

Event 2: Double Shot

Beginning with snatches, athletes will make two lifts at each step of the ladder every 45 seconds. As the ladder gets heavier, athletes may opt to switch to clean and jerk doubles to advance. Upon switching, athletes may not return to snatches. Their heaviest successful snatch double will serve as their score for Event 2A, and their heaviest successful clean and jerk double will be their score for Event 2B. Both lifts are scored separately and have equal points.

Men's ladder begins at 85 lb., with a 10 lb. increment at each step, ending at 185 lb. Women's ladder begins at 65 lb., with a 5 lb. increment at each step, ending at 115 lb.

If an athlete clears the ladder, he/she will be given 45 seconds to attempt a single clean and jerk at a weight of their choosing. A successful attempt at the single will count as their final score for 2B.

Event 3: The Walking Dead
A classic chipper, time capped at 15 minutes.

Event 4:  The Last Call
A series of sprint events, capped at 3 minutes each.
